The driver of the BMW, a 28-year-old man from Bolesławiec County, lost control of the vehicle, veered off the road and ended up in a ditch. The man was sober and was not injured.
Two BMW passengers were taken to hospital. It is already known that one of them suffered only minor injuries.

The other passenger suffered a serious spinal injury. The incident was classified as an accident. The police are investigating its causes.
