Police identified and then detained a 23-year-old man suspected of burglary. In February, the man broke into the basement of one of the buildings in Jelenia Góra. He stole two bicycles and two suitcases.
The victim valued the stolen items at approximately 4,000 zlotys. Officers recovered one of the bicycles. They are now determining what happened to the rest of the stolen property.
The 23-year-old could face up to 10 years in prison.
