On 9 May 2012, the body of a man was found on the premises at 12 Powstańców Wielkopolskich Street in Jelenia Góra, inside an abandoned building. At the time of his death, he may have been approximately 50–60 years old and about 173 cm tall. The place where he died may indicate that he was homeless.
The activities carried out in 2012 did not indicate the involvement of third parties. However, the condition of the body did not allow for full identification at the time. Now, following facial reconstruction, a portrait of the unidentified man has been prepared.
