The incident occurred on March 30. The duty officer at the Bolesławiec police station received information about a disturbance in one of the apartments in the Bolesławiec municipality. It turned out that the argument had been started by a drunk 27-year-old man, who threatened his mother that he would kill her.
When police officers intervened, the man became even more aggressive. Community police officers decided to detain him.
The man causing the disturbance had marijuana on him. He was taken into police custody. He has already been charged with abusing his mother. By decision of the prosecutor’s office, the 27-year-old is subject to police supervision and is prohibited from approaching the victim.
The resident of the Bolesławiec municipality now faces up to five years in prison.
