Once again, the Lubin District Police Headquarters, in cooperation with the Be-Safe krav maga section, conducted a free self-defense course for women, “Safe Woman.” During the campaign’s nine sessions, participants learned how to effectively fend off a sudden attack and immobilize an assailant.
An assault can happen at any time, which is why the trainees learned how to fend off attacks while wearing high heels, on a moving bus and in a pub.
The course took place once again thanks to the support of the head of Lubin County, who financed the classes and granted the campaign honorary patronage. Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Miejskiej w Lubinie, Galeria Cuprum Arena and Euforia pub also joined the initiative.
