We learned from spokesperson Agnieszka Gergont that not many children came to school today. The students who are present are being provided with care. Teachers from other schools, the female teachers who did not join the strike, and Maria Subik, the headmistress of the gimnazjum, are working at the school.

“There are 14 children at the school,” says Maria Subik. “Nearly all the teachers and some support staff are on strike.”
Municipal Gimnazjum No. 2 is the only gimnazjum that is not part of any municipal school complex and will probably be dissolved as a result of the PiS government’s reform.
