A brutal incident occurred in Włodzice Małe (Lwówek County). The intoxicated 29-year-old used a piece of string to hang a dog from a barn door and began digging a hole in the ground for it. The animal suffocated. As established, the dog was alive when it was hanged. The man who committed the horrific act had 3.6 per mille of alcohol in his system. He was detained by police officers from Lwówek and placed at the disposal of the district prosecutor. The perpetrator acted with particular cruelty and will therefore stand trial for the crime before the District Court in Lwówek Śląski.
