Police officers from the Criminal Division of the Chojnów police station identified and then arrested a man suspected of numerous property-related crimes. The 32-year-old resident of Lubin County was taken straight to police custody.

As established, the arrested 32-year-old broke into an outbuilding in the Miłkowice municipality in January, stealing fish feed. Two weeks later, he returned to the same property. This time, he stole rims.

The fan of other people's property returned to his criminal activities in March: he broke into a house under construction and stole construction tools worth PLN 2,500.

The arrested man is well known to officers in Legnica. The 32-year-old had previously been convicted of property-related crimes. He explained that he wanted to earn money to pay fines imposed for his earlier offenses.

The resident of Lubin County now faces up to 10 years in prison.
