We wrote last December about a KOD demonstration in Legnica during which a special event took place – the “internment” of Jarosław Kaczyński. Wrocław actress Klaudia Jachira prepared a skit with an actor from Legnica in which it turned out that Kaczyński… had slept through the announcement of the introduction of martial law. The skit used an effigy of the Law and Justice leader.

It seems that the actress often poses for photographs with the PiS leader’s effigy. One of them—in front of the Radio Maryja headquarters in Toruń—so outraged the head of the Committee for Defence against Sects and Violence, Ryszard Nowak, known, among other things, for his courtroom battles with Adam “Nergal” Darski, the leader of the black metal band Behemoth, that the organization filed a report with the prosecutor’s office. The reason? Offending religious feelings and inciting hatred. What is more, as we read on Onet.pl, R. Nowak explained on Radio Maryja that people such as Father Tadeusz Rydzyk and Jarosław Kaczyński should not be mocked.

However, the prosecutor’s office in Toruń found no signs of a crime and did not open an investigation into the matter. The artist announced this on her Facebook profile:

It turned out that, for the time being, I will remain free, at least for now. I am glad that there are still independent prosecutors in our country who do not act on the instructions of the Prosecutor General.

On a related note, you really need quite an imagination to come up with such charges, don’t you think?

What do you think?
