The incident occurred on Monday, March 13. After 6 p.m., two men entered one of the shops in Lubin. Except they were not interested in paying for their purchases. They took sausage worth approximately 30 zlotys and tried to leave. When the shop assistant attempted to take the loot from them, she was hit on the head with a bottle, fortunately not seriously. A witness to the incident, a police officer from Polkowice, helped the woman.
A short while later, the attackers, aged 32 and 33 and from Lubin County, were detained and taken to police custody. They could now face up to 10 years in prison.
