In an interview given by Marshal of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Cezary Przybylski to Kazimierz Marczewski, a journalist with Bolec.Info, the issue of the electoral law changes planned by PiS and the introduction of two-term limits for presidents, mayors and commune heads was discussed. When the journalist asked whether C. Przybylski would run for president of the capital of Lower Silesia, the marshal answered briefly: “Definitely not.”

But when asked about running for the position of president of Bolesławiec, the local government official replied: “For now, I am not considering such an option; I’m not saying no, I’m not saying yes.”
