On February 23, at around 8:00 p.m., officers from District Police Unit II of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Legnica, while patrolling Asnyka Street, noticed a young man who looked like a wanted person. It turned out that a European Arrest Warrant had been issued for the 23-year-old resident of Legnica. Wanted for crimes against property, the Legnica resident had been hiding from justice for more than three years.
The arrested 23-year-old was taken to police custody, from where he will be transferred to a correctional facility, where he will spend the next year and a half.
