The incident occurred on February 22. In the building on Ogrodowa Street, an open chimney-cleanout opening was found in the attic (a place in the chimney where soot and other combustion by-products collect), and smoke was coming out of it. Firefighters are working at the scene. The cleanout opening has been closed. The building is currently being inspected.
