Police officers from Kowary detained a 23-year-old man suspected of theft. On February 13, the man robbed his own mother. Taking advantage of her absence, he entered the apartment and stole a television worth PLN 2,000.
The victim notified the police about the theft. She immediately suspected her son because there were no signs of a break-in in the apartment, and her son had a key.
The woman’s suspicions were confirmed. The thief was detained. Officers recovered the stolen property. The 23-year-old now faces up to five years in prison.
