The incident occurred on Monday, 13 February, a few minutes after 3:00 p.m., in Dobra (Bolesławiec municipality). The driver of a Renault Laguna—a 43-year-old resident of Zgorzelec County—failed to adjust his speed to the road conditions. On a bend, he lost control of the vehicle and left the road. The car ended up in a ditch.
Fortunately, neither the Renault driver nor the passenger suffered any serious injuries. The 43-year-old was fined PLN 250.
