The incident occurred on Friday, February 10, at around 9:00 p.m., on the road between Szczytnica (Warta Bolesławiecka gmina) and Kruszyn (Bolesławiec gmina). Three young residents of Bolesławiec, who were returning by car from Legnica, noticed a man lying in a pool of blood on this stretch of road. “They came very close to running him over,” our reader reports.
The teenagers stopped and provided first aid to the injured man. The young residents of Bolesławiec also called an ambulance and waited for it to arrive.
As it turned out, the man had been walking along the roadside while leading a moped when he slipped. He fell and injured his nose, fortunately not seriously, although at first glance it might have seemed otherwise. The paramedics treated the injured man at the scene.
Although the man suffered only minor injuries, the attitude of the three teenagers deserves recognition. Bravo to the young residents of Bolesławiec!
