The competition was organized by the Bojan Boks Lubań club. Boxers from 13 clubs from Lower Silesia, as well as Czechs and Germans, took part in the tournament. There were 23 bouts.
Bolesławiec was represented, among others, by Jakub Kaleta, who boxed against Artur Pachołek of Champion Chojnów. The bout took place in the cadet category at over 80 kg. The match ended in a draw.
Patryk Kuryło (senior category, up to 81 kg) lost his eighth bout to Maciej Hoba of Wrocław’s Bombardier Wrocław. It was the final test before the upcoming Lower Silesian Championships in Dzierżoniów, scheduled for February 24–26. The athletes’ bouts can be watched on TOP Boxing Bolesławiec.
