Early on Sunday morning (January 29), officers from the Municipal Monitoring Center noticed two men on Neptuna Street. One of them was pulling off mirrors from cars, while the other was recording it on a mobile phone. The vandals were apprehended by a joint patrol of the municipal police and the police. This is another arrest of vandals made possible by the city’s surveillance system. Recently, police officers caught two thieves who had been robbing abandoned buildings near the PKP railway station.
