The standout performer was Dominika Kwaszcz, who left her rivals no chance in the long jump (6.10 m) and the 60 m sprint (7.83 s). Her long-jump result is currently the best on the national rankings. Martyna Bedełek won a bronze medal in the high jump (1.50 m). Krzysztof Kamiński took fourth place in the same event (1.70 m). Martyna Goss finished fourth in the 60 m hurdles (9.55 s), while Emilia Bielińska was eleventh (11.31 s). They all train under Małgorzata Markowska.

The athletes coached by Dariusz Łomański returned with three medals. After a fierce battle lasting until the final metres, Mateusz Bobrowski won the 1500 m race (4:21.78). Daniel Najdek took silver in the 800 m (2:06.34), while Piotr Posłuszny won bronze in the 300 m (39,29 s). Wiktor Wilk missed a medal by two hundredths of a second in the 600 m (1:33.25).

Mateusz Tofil cleared 2.10 m in the high jump without difficulty, earning first place. Jakub Karaban returned with two bronze medals. He recorded 3.40 m in the pole vault and 8.84 s in the 60 m hurdles. Jacek Kozioł finished seventh in the long jump (5.23 m). All three athletes train under Bartosz Gruman.

The athletes coached by Tomasz Markowski can consider their performances successful. Gracjan Kozak won silver in the shot put (13.78 m), while Dominik Stec took bronze in the long jump (5.53 m). Dobrosława Pietrkiewicz finished eighth in the shot put (9.54 m).

Two fifth places were claimed by athletes coached by Ryszard Posacki. Eryka Janiec finished fifth in the long jump (4.67 m), as did Magda Przystarz in the 300 m (45.17 s).

Next Saturday, the youngest athletics competitors will face their peers in Wałbrzych at the Indoor Lower Silesian Championships for Under-16s. We wish them good luck.
