The suspect—a 33-year-old man and resident of Bolesławiec Municipality—stole a tablet, cash and a bank card between September and December last year. He used the card to steal PLN 850. Furthermore, the detainee misappropriated a mobile phone. The victim estimated her losses at nearly PLN 7,000.
The man, who had previously been convicted, was charged with six offenses. He pleaded guilty. He now faces up to 10 years in prison. Police recovered the mobile phone, which was worth PLN 800.
