The incident occurred on Monday, January 9, after 12:00 p.m., in Warta Bolesławiecka. The 44-year-old woman from Bolesławiec, who was driving a Suzuki, failed to adjust her speed to the road conditions, lost control of the vehicle and drove into a ditch. The 44-year-old, who suffered only minor injuries, was fined PLN 500.
