On Żwirowa Street, driving uphill is almost impossible. A small snowplow did in fact pass yesterday morning. Unfortunately, it rained during the day, and in the evening the road was an ice rink. People organized sand and salt on their own so they could get out. I have no idea how to solve this problem…
