This was already the fifth tender for the site of the former Eastern Railway Station. On December 20 at 11:00 a.m., the City Hall premises were designated as the venue for an open oral tender for the sale of the property recorded in the land register as undeveloped plot no. 465/3, with an area of 1.3569 hectares, precinct 0010, located in Bolesławiec at Staroszkolna Street—with the intended use of constructing large-format retail facilities.
The starting price (gross) of the plot was PLN 3,199,000. A PLN 400,000 deposit had to be paid by December 15. It was paid by one participant, who was admitted to the tender.
As a result of the tender, a price of PLN 3,231,000 was achieved. The purchaser of the land property was Antan Development Polska Bolesławiec II Sp. z o.o. Spółka Komandytowa, based in Wrocław at 1/100 Podwale Street, represented by Edyta Bystra.
It is worth adding that the sister company ANTAN Development Polska Sp. z o.o. owns Galeria Bolesławiec City Center.
