Officers from the criminal department of the Lubin police determined the identity of and arrested a 34-year-old resident of Lubin who has at least 15 basement burglaries on his record. The detainee had “taken a liking to” the basements in one of the housing estates. He broke into them and stole everything that, in his opinion, had any value and could be quickly sold. He used the money obtained in this way for his own needs. He now faces up to 10 years in prison.
