In November, the reading room of the School Library of the Complex of General and Vocational Schools named after Maj. Henryk Sucharski hosted the award ceremony for the Inter-School Literary and Art Competition entitled “Sienkiewicz Inspirations”.
This competition was organized by the school library and the Cyprian Kamil Norwid Municipal Public Library as part of the celebrations of the Year of Henryk Sienkiewicz. The general aim of the competition was to promote reading among children and young people. The invited guests—supervisors and students—were warmly welcomed by the school’s principal, Laura Słocka-Przydróżna.
