The projects receiving funding include the reconstruction of county road no. 2271 D: Osiecznica–motorway interchange (Luboszów) A18–county border (Rudawica). The aim is to “connect the military unit where American troops will be stationed”. The investment is worth more than PLN 26.3 million.
Applications for funding could be submitted until 13 June. Fourteen applications were received, and the Lower Silesian Voivodeship recommended six projects worth a total of PLN 86 million. “Following decisions concerning regional roads and bypasses, this is another pool of funds for developing the road network in Lower Silesia. This time, we are supporting local roads that are particularly important for connecting individual areas of the region to the international TEN-T transport network and for establishing connections with border crossings, freight terminals and areas of strategic economic activity,” emphasizes Cezary Przybylski, Marshal of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.
