Karol Stasik, who became the Bolesławiec County head after Dariusz Kwaśniewski resigned, will earn PLN 12,337.50 a month, exactly the same as Kwaśniewski earned. On November 24, the Bolesławiec County Council adopted a resolution on the county head’s remuneration. Eleven councillors voted in favour, while nine abstained.

The remuneration for the chair of the Bolesławiec County Board, that is, the county head, was set as follows:

  • basic salary – PLN 6,000
  • functional allowance – PLN 2,100
  • special allowance (37.5% of the sum of the basic salary and functional allowance) – PLN 3,037.50
  • long-service allowance – PLN 1,200.

Under the regulations, the Bolesławiec County head’s remuneration may not exceed PLN 12,365.22. The remuneration approved by the Council is therefore nearly PLN 28 below the maximum. What do you think? We invite you to discuss the matter and take part in our poll:
