As part of the works, a new section of Słoneczna Street was built and the road surface and sidewalks of the existing section were renovated. Some damaged curbs were replaced. A strip of concrete paving blocks was also installed between the edge of the carriageway and the plinths of fences surrounding adjacent properties. The project also included replacing a section of the combined sewer system, installing drainage and securing the slope with a retaining wall. The side of the wall facing the road is clad in sandstone. New tubular barriers were installed on top of the wall and on Marcinkowskiego Street (on the slope side).
New lighting was installed on Słoneczna Street (5 lamps with LED light sources), and 5 parking spaces were designated. The cost of the project was PLN 287,819. The funds came from the city budget.
