At the Customer Service Office, people will be able to find out where to handle a particular matter, where to download forms, and contact any official at the city hall and office building by telephone. The Customer Service Office will also include two service desks of the Communications Department of the District Office.
The office is located on the ground floor of the office building at Piłsudski Square. Officials announce that it will soon operate even more efficiently. After the introduction of electronic document circulation, visitors will be able to check what stage their case is at.
