Two people may find employment with the Bolesławiec Municipal Police. The necessary conditions for applying for the position of municipal police officer are: Polish citizenship, being at least 21 years old, full public rights, at least secondary education, an impeccable reputation, physical and mental fitness, a clean criminal record, and a regulated status regarding military service.
The additional requirements are: knowledge of criminal and administrative law, computer skills (the Office suite), organizational skills, communication skills, resistance to stress, discipline, and the ability to work in a team.
The duties of a municipal police officer include, among other things: protecting peace and order in public places, traffic control, saving the lives and protecting the health of citizens, assisting in removing technical failures and the effects of natural disasters, securing the scene of a crime or disaster, protecting municipal facilities and public utility equipment, taking intoxicated persons to a sobering-up station or their place of residence, as well as initiating and participating in activities aimed at preventing crimes and offences and criminogenic phenomena.
Applicants for the positions must submit: a cover letter, a curriculum vitae, photocopies of employment certificates, photocopies of certificates and diplomas confirming education, photocopies of certificates confirming completion of courses and training, a declaration of no criminal record, and photocopies of the pages of the military service booklet containing information about military service status.
The Municipal Police asks applicants to include the following clause in their documents: “I consent to the processing of my personal data contained in my job application for the purposes necessary to carry out the recruitment process.”
Documents must be submitted at the headquarters of the Bolesławiec Municipal Police at 14 Mikołaja Brody Street by February 11. Candidates who meet the above requirements will be invited to job interviews.
