Bolesławiec County Head Cezary Przybylski won more than 8,000 votes. However, this was not enough to enter the Sejm from the Civic Platform list. According to unofficial information, the following Civic Platform candidates in the Legnica–Jelenia Góra constituency entered parliament: Grzegorz Schetyna from Wrocław, Norbert Wojnarowski from Lubin, Ewa Drozd from Głogów, Marcin Zawiła from Jelenia Góra and Roman Brodniak from Zgorzelec.

The following candidates from the Law and Justice list are expected to win seats: Adam Lipiński from Legnica, Elżbieta Witek from Jawor, Marzena Machałek from Kamienna Góra and Piotr Cybulski from Lubin. The Left and Democrats brought Jerzy Szmajdziński and Ryszard Zbrzyzny from Jelenia Góra to Wiejska Street. The Polish People's Party will probably have Leszek Grala from Pisarzowice in Lubań County in the Sejm.

“The operation was successful, the result is quite good, but unfortunately the patient died,” Cezary Przybylski told Boleslawiec.org. Once again, it turned out that the residents of Bolesławiec could not elect their own MP. They divided their votes between candidates from outside Bolesławiec and Cezary Przybylski. As a result, Jelenia Góra, Legnica and Zgorzelec once again proved more successful at getting their representatives into parliament.
