On 19 October, the signing of the notarial deed concerning the transfer of a plot of land for the construction of a new County Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec took place at Bolesławiec Town Hall. The new headquarters for Bolesławiec police officers will be built in Bolesławiec at the intersection of Cieszkowskiego and Modłowa Streets. A modern headquarters will be built on the plot, covering nearly 1 hectare, donated by the Bolesławiec authorities.

The document confirming the transfer of the land was signed by the Mayor of Bolesławiec Piotr Roman and the Provincial Police Commander in Wrocław, Inspector Arkadiusz Golanowski. The County Police Commander in Bolesławiec, Inspector Henryk Stefanko, also took part in the formal transfer of the plot.

The new headquarters will be built as part of the Police Headquarters and Station Standardization Programme, scheduled for implementation from 2017 to 2020. The programme aims to create a uniform standard for facilities in the citizen service area and the staff area of county, city and district police headquarters, as well as police stations.
