Officers from the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters identified and detained a man suspected of stealing property from one of the stores. The detained man is a 30-year-old resident of the city. Police officers analyzed footage from the store’s surveillance cameras and quickly identified the suspect in the theft. He was detained later that same day. He had a scanner worth PLN 2,000 in his possession.
The recovered property was handed over to its owner. The man suspected of stealing the price scanner from one of the stores in Bolesławiec could face up to five years in prison.
