The theft took place on Saturday, September 10, at 6:10 p.m. – “The bicycles were stolen from a garage on Mostowa Street in Bolesławiec in a brazen, shameless way” – the victims said at the time. – The thieves broke onto private property when the owners left the garage door open for a moment. They pulled the bicycles out from the far end of the garage. As they fled in panic, they abandoned their own bicycle.
Police have already arrested the first suspect. He is an 18-year-old from Bolesławiec. Actions are underway to arrest the second suspect and recover the stolen property. Both thieves face up to five years in prison.
