During the late morning, thieves broke into three apartments on the eighth floor. They stole jewelry and cash. The elevator was out of order at the time—as we reported earlier—but at this point it cannot be confirmed with certainty that this was the burglars’ doing. Operational activities aimed at identifying the perpetrators and recovering the stolen property are ongoing.
Let us recall: we wrote about the case in the article Further apartment break-ins on Jana Pawła II Street. We were informed about the incident by a reader. It is also worth adding that this is not the first crime of this type committed in the block on this street. In February this year, thieves broke into two apartments.
