The woman claims that after 2–3 years, Bolesławianka Housing Cooperative sent her a payment demand for parking on plot 216/15. She did not pay and does not intend to, maintaining that she was never informed that the parking lot would be built.
Beata Ślęzak, head of the Cooperative: “Bolesławianka Housing Cooperative bases its activities on applicable regulations, both generally binding laws and internal regulations. The issue of the parking lot on Staszica Street was discussed many times at community meetings, as well as in direct conversations with residents.”
She added: “Mutual settlements between tenants and the Cooperative are not a public matter. I invite the woman who contacted you to the Management Board office at 15 Gałczyńskiego Street to clarify any doubts.”
