For thirteen years, every year, talented students of the University of the Third Age of the Wrocław University of Economics, Faculty of Economics, Management and Tourism in Bolesławiec, have presented their work from painting workshops. For the seventh time, the artists exhibited their work at BOK-MCC. The exhibition presents the group’s achievements from the past 2015/2016 academic year. In addition to study subjects such as the human figure, still life and landscapes, thematic assignments will be presented, showcasing the authors’ imagination and giving them an opportunity for individual artistic expression.
Among those present at the opening were, among others, local residents, invited guests, Mayor Piotr Roman, center director Ewa Lijewska-Małachowska, and Wiesława Olczyk, who runs the university in Bolesławiec, as well as workshop supervisor Katarzyna Sas. She spoke very warmly about her students, emphasizing that each of them is exceptional and that what primarily unites them is a passion for creating.
