The incident occurred before 12:00. The driver of a Fiat Ducato van, a 27-year-old resident of Bolesławiec, failed to yield the right of way to the MZK bus. The vehicles collided.
Only an 82-year-old woman who was standing on the bus was injured. When the bus braked suddenly, she lost her balance and fell. She was taken to hospital.
Fortunately, she did not suffer any more serious injuries. The incident was classified as a collision.
