Police officers working on the case established that a young resident of Lubin had threatened a woman with a firearm the previous week. The perpetrator was detained in the city. At the time of his arrest, he had a firearm for which he did not have a permit, as well as methamphetamine.
Officers searched the Lubin resident’s apartment. There, they also seized more than 800 portions of marijuana.
The 26-year-old could face up to 10 years in prison. At the prosecutor’s request, the man has already been remanded in temporary custody.
