The weekend on the roads of Zgorzelec County was fairly calm. Despite the significantly increased volume of traffic, the number of incidents recorded did not differ from that reported during ordinary working days. Most importantly, no accident occurred during the past five days. No one was killed or injured. There were 12 collisions.
What is more, officers from the Zgorzelec traffic police detained two drivers who exceeded the speed limit by 50 km/h in a built-up area. The two drivers lost their driving licences and received PLN 500 fines.
