As Olgierd Hoffman, president of H&S Construction, the investor and owner of the plot, told us, the gallery is to open during the Bolesławiec Ceramics Festival (that is, in the second half of August). The emerging gallery at Jeleniogórska Street in Bolesławiec will have approximately 4,300 m² of retail space. 160 parking spaces will be created next to the facility.
We have already reported that the new gallery will house well-known stores such as: Jysk, Media Expert, Martes Sport and Polo Market. According to the latest information we have obtained, “Stara Mleczarnia” will also have a pharmacy belonging to the Prima chain, as well as the clothing market Super Mix.
