The athlete coached by Bartosz Gruman confidently won the title of Polish under-18 indoor long jump champion in February (5.80 m). Our jumper began the outdoor season with a 6.17 m leap, a result better by as much as 27 cm than the qualifying standard for the European Under-18 Championships, which will take place in Tbilisi (Georgia). In this year's rankings, it is currently the third-best result in the world and the second-best in Europe in the under-18 category.
Last Sunday, Dominika Kwaszcz represented Poland at the 46th International Franz Schuster Memorial in Vienna. Our athlete won her signature event, jumping 5.94 and finishing 28 cm ahead of the next competitor.
