Officers from the Criminal Division of the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters identified and arrested the perpetrator of a scooter theft as a result of operational activities. The crime took place in the last days of April.
The 26-year-old from Bolesławiec hid the two-wheeler in... the hallway of his apartment. The police have already returned the recovered property to its owner.
The arrested man confessed to the crime. The man is well known to the local police, as he has already committed a number of property-related offenses.
He now faces up to 5 years in prison.
