Lwóweckie Lato Agatowe (the festival of the treasure hunters of the region) is an outdoor event whose main attraction is an international mineral fair considered the largest mineralogical event in Poland:
- more than 200 stalls, including over 70 offering exclusively minerals and fossils
- a dozen or so thematic and collectors’ exhibitions
- several stands featuring demonstrations of cutting and polishing gemstones and gold panning
- a Walloon hut with an arranged agate mine
- free appraisals of specimens
A secondary element of LLA is a sizeable family recreational festival offering, among other things, two stages with live entertainment and a colorful variety market.
