On 21 April, officers from the Criminal Division of Police Station I in Jelenia Góra identified and detained two men, aged 20 and 23, suspected of robbery. The perpetrators are accused of a robbery they committed during the night of 13–14 February at one of the gaming arcades in Jelenia Góra.
The men—a 20-year-old resident of Jelenia Góra County and a 23-year-old from Złotoryja County—were at one of the gaming arcades in Jelenia Góra at the time. After the last customer had left, one of them put on a gas mask and, together with the other perpetrator, demanded money from the casino employee. They threatened to hurt her. Fearing for her life and health, the victim complied with their demand. The losses amounted to approximately PLN 1,200.
The robbers were taken into police custody. They now face up to 12 years in prison.
