Officers from the Criminal Division of Police Station I in Jelenia Góra identified and detained a 30-year-old man suspected of burglary.
As they established, in mid-March this year the man committed two property-related crimes in Jelenia Góra. The 30-year-old broke into and robbed one of the companies in Jelenia Góra; his haul consisted of electronic equipment worth PLN 20,000 (laptops and mobile phones). At the same time, the man broke into and robbed a basement. He stole a bicycle worth PLN 2,500, which he subsequently sold.
The officers recovered the bicycle. The 30-year-old may face up to 10 years in prison. The man has already been placed under police supervision.
