19th time, an award was presented to an entrepreneur operating in Bolesławiec and Bolesławiec County. This year, it went to Kegger, a company involved in manufacturing aluminium vehicle bodies and special vehicles for roadside assistance. The diploma and Kazimierz statuette were accepted by Dariusz Kozioł, the company’s president.
The XTRaBike company, which runs a bicycle shop, received a distinction. The award was accepted jointly by Ewa and Wojciech Bączkowie.
Józefina Witas received a special distinction for 25 years of activity. Józefina Witas and her husband Marek run the Agora bookshop every day. Józefina Witas herselfJózefina Witas has for many years organized stays in Poland for young people from the Eastern Borderlands; she also works to promote cultural exchange between Poland and the eastern countries where Polish people live.
The Bolesławiec Business Association organizes the Entrepreneur of the Year competition.
