The driver of the Volvo, while exiting Mickiewicza Street, failed to yield the right of way to a 61-year-old man from Bolesławiec who was correctly driving along Ogrodowa Street. Fortunately, no one was injured.

The driver responsible for the collision was fined PLN 400.
