The report stated that the man was tugging at the woman. Using the Bolesławiec city video-surveillance system, the operator spotted the individuals near BOK-MCC.
The man was holding the woman by the arm, occasionally pushing her and tugging at her clothing. It could be inferred that the woman was trying to break free from his grasp.
A patrol of the Bolesławiec Municipal Police was immediately sent to the scene. The individuals were found on Karola Miarki Street; the man was still holding the woman by her jacket around the neck.
The aggressor explained that the woman had been at his apartment and had stolen his mobile phone. The man was under the considerable influence of alcohol.
Both were taken to the District Police Headquarters, which is conducting further proceedings in the case.
