On November 21, operational police officers from Bogatynia identified a suspect in a burglary at a stationery shop that took place the previous week. The suspect turned out to be a 27-year-old resident of Bogatynia. The perpetrator stole, among other things, pens, key rings, batteries and other office supplies.
As it turned out, the man had also broken into a fish shop and the office premises of one of the municipal enterprises, from which he stole a computer. In total, he caused losses exceeding PLN 8,000.
Bogatynia police officers recovered the stolen items. The 27-year-old faces up to 10 years in prison.
